RFXCOM 2.0 Binding: Can't convert value UNKNOWN to COMMAND SwitchItem

Using the 2.0 RFXCOM binding I get:
“2017-01-30 23:19:56.309 [ERROR] [binding.rfxcom.handler.RFXComHandler] - Error occurred during message receiving: Can’t convert value UNKNOWN to COMMAND SwitchItem”

when receiving data from an Sartano remote control (HN 6137)

Is it an error, or do I need to configure something for the thing?

Could you enable debug logging so we can see what the actual message is that was received. If you supply the details we can make the estimation on how hard it is to support your device.

I’m hijacking the thread since I have the same problem.

Here’s my debug output from the doorbell.

Hi,
My RFXCom binding was working fine. After a reboot I get errors and is offline. Any suggestions how to troubleshoot this?

Thanks

Could it be that your serial devices switched logical ports in the OS? So that its not actually talking to an RFXCOM?

Thanks Martin,
That was the issue.
