Roku - Power Cycle Device

I’m interested in installing the Roku binding but only to use it to power cycle the device on a monthly bases.

I looked at the the binding information, not sure if this is possible or not?

Does the power items actually reboot the device or just turn the device OFF? If OFF, can you actually turn the device back ON with the power item w/o turning the TV/Stereo system tied to it ON?

Off is really Standby on the TVs. Actual off or reboot is only available through the settings menu.
