Hello,

i am very glad with my acutual openhab-solution, but nevertheless i had a look at some alternatives the last days. in my opinion the rule-solution of “conrad connect” looks great and maybe it would be a good thing for openhab, too. it reminds me a bit of BPMN-Tools:

I’m not familiar with that tool but it looks very similar to NodeRed. Search the forum and you will see lots of examples and discussion of how to integrate OH and NodeRed using MQTT.
