Rule not working correct after change a item

Yes. Editing an file created Item causes a loss of “connection” to file created rule triggers.

That goes a long way to explain many troubles people have had, thanks for playing with this. While a rule that does not trigger from a newly created Item can be waffled away, I don’t think editing Items causing rules to break is expected behaviour. I’ve updated an existing Issue with your findings, clearly removing Groups from the picture. https://github.com/openhab/openhab-core/issues/2097

For now, to recover you edit/reload the rules file.

I allready clean the cache

Avoid doing that if you can, it generally causes more problems at the next restart until populated again.
