Russian voice for TTS

Hi, i used openhab addon - MaryTTS and i noticed, that in it not have Russian language and voice. I checked last release MaryTTS and i found russian language and voice. Please add russian voice for openHab tts! Or explain me how add voice in to current openhab.mary.tts addon?

Is it possible to add it to OH2?

You could build yourself a local TTS with either pico2wave or espeak.
Both have russian voices.
