Salus sq610nh

Hi,

I am running OpenHAB 4.3.0 M2. I’ve a Sonoff ZBDongle-E as my ZigBee coordinator. Now I try to include a SALUS SQ610NH Thermostat. It is discoverd and included as Generic
ZigBee Device with a lot of Thing Properties, showing the right manufacturer and model id. But the Handler is not coming online. It stops with the message

HANDLER_INITIALIZING_ERROR
No supported clusters found

Any hint what this means and what I can do? It is my first ZigBee Thing.

This normally means that this device uses non-standard functionality that the binding doesn’t know about. If manufacturers use their own custom functions, then it can be hard to interface since they often don’t publish the commands required to make it work.

If you go to the console, there is a zigbee finggerprint command that you can hopefully use that will scan the ddevice and print what it finds. Can you attach that here please?

Hi Chris,
yes meanwhile I found the ZigBee fingerprint command in my own. And it is like you assumed. There are no Cluster information.
I’ve send it back to seller.

Thanks for your Help
