I was looking to build a security / automation system. I have seen some of the dongles like QuickStick Combo, HUSBZB-1, which does zigbee and zwave devices which I was going to pair with openhab but I also considered buying the samsung smartthings adt home security system. My question is can I buy the ADT smartthing system and use it with openhab and make all my other sensors tie into the ADT system and use all my door and window sensors and motion sensors work as part of the alarm system?
