I’m having an issue with the SamsungTV binding on a newer (2017) TV. I’ve had it working with out issue on my 2015 TVs. On the recent one, I seem to only be getting info from the TV about power, volume, and mute. I am no longer able to get info about source name, channel, etc. I know I can’t send commands on the newer TVs (I use a GlobalCache IR blaster for that), but I’ve not had issues pulling data. I’ve built some intelligence into my rules that monitor the source name in particular. From what I can tell via wireshark, OH is seeing the multicast traffic and is making HTTP requests as normal for the power/volume/mute, it just isn’t asking for the others like it normally does. Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone have a fix?
