Scan command is not appearing from sonos binding

Hi

My Openhab is running in docker container. I installed sonos binding through paperui extensions tab. binding installed properly and also listed in paper ui . But when I am clicking on Inbox->Sonos Binding it only giving me Add Manually option to add sonos ,there is no auto searching for sonos device.
Please tell me if I am missing something in configurations.

Thanks and Regards
Michael

When running in Docker OH has limited permissions on certain network capabilities. This could be causing you problems. You can try to run the container as the root user and see if that helps. I’m assuming you are using --net=host. You can also try looking at the Docker thread on this forum and look into the macvlan approach. I’ve had no chance to look into either myself yet.

Hi

My Container is running with --net=host configurations.

Please tell me how to enable discovery for other bindings

Thanks and Regards
Michael

There is no manual setting. Either the binding sports that or it doesn’t as far as I can tell.

The readme for the binding talks about needing to add all the devices according to since Sonos manual.

Are you certain you installed the 2 version of the binding?

Do you have UPnP disabled on your LAN in your router or firewalls?
