Scenario with music + philips hue

Hello,

I have a crazy project, I would like to create big scripted scenes that can play some music on a bluetooth speaker and control philips hue.
I would like to configure the music and light latency to be able to have best possible sync.
Do you think it’s possible with openhab ? What plugins would you use ?
Can you suggest an application that could fit my need ? I run on a raspberry pi 2.

Not really what openHAB is designed to do. Quick Google does show these results though :

I already use Hue Disco and also contacted the developer.
Actually, I have no Apple device and I can’t use most of these software.
