Select frame by default

Hello ,

i want to select a frame by default.
I now have an overview of my frames and then i select one.

Then i have an overview of my frames at the left side and the frame details at the right.
is it possible to have this overview by default?

Is this using the Basic UI or one of the mobile apps?

I’m using the Android App on tablet.
on basic UI/Ipad, i see that it’s only giving the selected view.
