Shelly device cannot be connected

Hello,
I just bought my first shelly device Shelly 1 Mini Gen 3 . I was able to connect it to the cloud app of shelly. However, I want to use it only locally with OH. I am running on OH 4.0.3 with FW Version of the Shelly device with 1.3.3.
Based on the binding documentation the device is supported as shell1mini. In the discovery mode I do not find the device. If I add it manually I get

CONFIGURATION_PENDING
Initialisierung oder Gerät im Schlafmodus.

I did not want to use the MQTT modus as I don’t have a MQTT server running. What do I need to do to actually discover the device? As said, it is my first Shelly device.

Thanks for pointing me into the right direction.

I think you have to update your OpenHAB or at least the Shelly binding to a newer dev version.

As @Baschtlwaschtl mentioned, an openHAB update is needed. See Shelly 1PM Mini Gen3 - #11 by sb220369

Support of this device was included in openHAB 4.2

Ok, Now I have a reason to update to OH4.2. Will give it a try.
