Unable to retrieve marketplace add-ons: Server returned HTTP response code: 429 for URL: https://community.openhab.org/c/marketplace/69/l/latest?page=16
Seems there are too many addons available or my internet connection is too fast 
I was seeing that for OH 5.0 too but the error went away after awhile. This PR should help fix the problem (assuming it’s the same problem) but it’s still awaiting review and not merged yet..
