Soap Exception for TR 064 Fritzbox Bindung

Hello,
i am using OH3 3.2.0.M2 - Milestone Build on Win10.
Since i updated from OH2.5 i can not run the Fritz TR-064 Binding(3.2.0.M2).
I get the folowing error.

COMMUNICATION_ERROR
javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Unable to create message factory for SOAP: Unable to create SAAJ meta-factory: Provider com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.soap.SAAJMetaFactoryImpl not found

Sometimes it stays connected for few hours and sometimes it does noct work for days.
Configuration as below.

I tried to use another user that i created on my Fritzbox.
Wie Webbrowser i can access the URL

I tried some suggestions from this community without any results.
Can somebody help?
I need the Binding for Presence-detection.

Moved to the new openhabian 1.7 image and re-installed new version 3.2 (no milestone version) today. I got exactly the same like you reported, thing will not come up to online and remains in error state.

Solution:
sudo openhab-cli clean-cache and reboot fix it, working now.

Hi Marcus,
unfortunately i did not find any solutions.
Sometimes when i restart openhab clearing the cache it works for some days or hours.
But then the error returns.
I have tried all suggiestion i found but with no success.
Can you post a solution if you find something?
