You can put all your pingable Items in a Group, and trigger one rule from the Group.
What do you want to happen when one goes offline?

OH 2.4 on RasPI using Openhabian. Hm - I hope that is the best title here. So basically I want to get an E-Mail when the status of an item representing a device being online/offline.
