Can you update to latest openHAB? Just in case changes were made to the binding.

You did tag your items correct? They need tags like “lighting”

hi, i tired also with the latest openhab 2.5.8, same… switches tagged as “switchable”, dimmers and colors tagged as “Lighting”

I had this issue once before also. Then the binding was updated.

Not sure, can you try discovery on an actual echo device only suggestion I have. I am sure others will chime in.

i did… same issue

i was using an alexa account which is not linked to a physical amazon echo…issue resolved with amazon echo device
