[SOLVED] LogitechHarmony Hub Binding not responding anymore

Never mind… it just came back online…

Not sure what changed… but OH2 wasn’t updated… So must have been on the Logitech side.

After flashing the special FW some months ago I didn’t need to enable XMPP this way and worked until 1-2 days ago… but it is working now after enabling:

yes! I can get a ping and the harmony app is working…

added the thing with autodetection in paperui

seems to be snapshot version manually downloaded from Github and then copied into addons folder. Did you?

yes I tried 2 days ago, after thing stopped working, but then removed the jar after no luck with that… then reinstalled the binding through paperui

It seems to be cache problem.

Goto cache folder then 296 and delete the files there.

Now you have to reinstall the harmony binding again via PaperUI.

Ok

removed all harmony binding entries in karaf
uninstalled the binding in paperui
reinstalled the binding without restarting OH2

and finally my Harmony Hub is back! thanks a lot!!

Had the same issue that the harmony hub went offline a couple of days ago.
2.4.0 stock binding.
Hub 4.15.250.

Fixed by enabling XMPP, thanks!

I have the harmony hub 4.15.250 software version, and i have the “OFFLINE - COMMUNICATION_ERROR”. How to enable the XMPP?

From the Harmony app,

Hamburger menu --> Harmony Setup --> Add/Edit Devices & Activities --> Remote & Hub

The Enable XMPP option should be at the bottom.
