  1. if there’s way to run SD card from raspberry B+ to raspberry B?

  2. any recommended to way for a such migration?

Yes, you can just plug the SD card from the old RPi into the new RPi and it will work. You might want to take this opportunity to create a clone of the SD card for backup.

but it’s from the B+ to the B. (downgrade)

A Raspbian SD card can be plugged into any RPi model. All the drivers for all the versions of all RPi models are present.
