From what I’ve gathered from reading some comments on the other threads it seems like they did make a major change in how 2.4 works and that’s caused lots of hassle and issues. So while they will say you have a problem with your rules, it’s only because they probably changed something.
The fix is the same either way. You probably have too many rules running at once or rules that last a long time. So you need to try and remove any sleeps from your rules and make sure they run as fast as possible.
I’ve just moved over anything big over to jython, it seems like that will probably be the main rule engine in openhab v3 anyway.
You can also move your long running rules to a lambda, I don’t think they count or have the same issue as long running rules. But lambdas are frowned upon.
