It has nothing to do with the issue you mentioned.
The error is triggered inside a scheduled job in the binding that crashes the scheduled job. In this case in OpenUVReportHandler.java at line 102.
Looking in the latest source code (and assuming your running the same) it tries to get a value from the data. The NullPointer suggest the data is null. That could mean the json coming from the server could not be parsed which would return null. This could mean or the server could not be reached, or maybe the data format changed, api-key changes, actually it could be anything. The binding has some debug logging. It can log the actual call to the server. Maybe this can be some help. Or also report this as an issue on the openhab2-addons repo as null pointers are bugs.

Makes no sense for me, as I’ve configured the Binding to contact the service every 30 mins (and the free account is 50 reqs/day).
