[SOLVED] Philips Hue username dottet out?

Hi everbody,

I don’t know if this is a bug or by design, but I can’t access the Hue username that Paper UI have created. I have tried in Chrome and Safari put both pleases the username is dottet out, like a password. Can anybody tell me how to get access to it?

Can I access the Paper UI database somehow and get it that way?

I’m trying to get the Hue Motions sensors working and can’t do anything without the username. :sob:

The username can be found using the REST API under Get Thing by UID simply type the Hue Bridge UID (found in Paper UI) e.g. hue:bridge:xxxxxxxxxxx
