Glad to hear you got it working.
Make a backup using openhab-cli backup --full then move the backup file to your PC. Do a fresh install on the other (the RPI and SD card giving the isuue) RPI, stop OH with sudo systemctl stop openhab and place the backup file in var/lib/openhab2/backups then use openhab-cli restore var/lib/openhab2/backups. If every thing works then you know the SD card is good and you have a proven way to backup and restore. Having a backup and proving it works is something I highly recommend.
