[SOLVED] Use Amazon Echo as an Internet radio only

I think about using an amazon echo dot as an internet radio. I want to switch it on and off via rules ( based on motion detection).
Would it be possible to control the echo via rules as stated above?

Yes, I do not want to use the speech recognition at all!

I don’t think this is possible at the moment.

As far as I know there is only the openhab Skill ton controll openhab via Alexa.

But no binding to control the Echo via openhab.
