Weather Underground - End of Service announcement

The current API will be discontinued per 12/31/2018. https://apicommunity.wunderground.com/weatherapi/topics/end-of-service-for-the-weather-underground-api It’s a shame as it’s the only V2 addon which supports forecasts as far as i’m aware.
