Good morning,
after I upgraded from OH 3.4 to 4.3.2 yesterday - I did this by installing a clean image and then restored from backup - my Zwave stick is no longer found.
I found some posts here e.g. [SOLVED] Z-Wave Serial Controller shows "OFFLINE - BRIDGE_OFFLINE Controller is offline" - #55 by westinpigott that I have to prepare the serial port using openhabian-config, but still the stick is not showing up:

Am I missing a step?
