Some trouble with easymeter and iec6205621

Hi there,

I can’t solve my issue with easymeter and iec6205621 binding. Attached you’ll find the debug message.

21:11:37.758 [ERROR] [inding.iec6205621meter.internal.Meter] - Failed to open serial port /dev/ttyUSB0: Serial port with given name does not exist

If I try to read the interface with cat /dev/ttyUSB0 I get this values and it looks ok, I think!

Hi Knut,
have you tried adding user “openhab” to the “dialout” group? The standard user settings for openhab don’t allow using ttyUSB0
