State of HMIP-SWDO (Homematic IP) not persisted

Hi,
I connected the HMIP-SWDO device. The status of the device is not displayed. I increased the log for the homematicIP binding and can see incomming status updates:

2016-10-31 08:43:57.281 [DEBUG] [ternal.communicator.HomematicGateway] - Received new (Integer) value '1' for '0000D3C9934526:1#STATE' from gateway with id 'eb169f8e'

But there are no status updates in event.log. In the UI (Paper UI Control view and Basic UI) the status change is pushed but after I refreshed the window the UI goes back to empty state.

Any Idea how to debug this problem more in detail?

I moved it to runtime. Maybe it is fitting better here. Is the anybody who could assist to debug this problem?
