Stop listening on 8080 and 8443 only loopback address is allowed

Hello all, I am using OH 3.0.1.
I want prtect the communityion from outsite to my OH instance by using nginx on port 443. This server is up and running wit SSL and I can forward the traffic to OH on PORT 8443.
But Now I do not want the Port 8443 and Port 8080 ist visible on the network e.g. discovered by nmap.

How can I realize this?

The answer depends on how you installed openHAB.

If you used a Linux package installation there may be a file /etc/default/openhab that can be configured. According to the documentation there is no such default file for a manual installation.
