Just to throw in my hat.
I’m a big fan of the Odroid C4.
It meets all of the “readily available & reliable” checks.
It’s super fast at starting up openHAB.
It runs on an eMMC card, as opposed to a SD card. The reason for this is documented elsewhere and I’m not having that discussion yet again.
