Switch label contains Text item

Hi.
I have added Shelly 2.5 switch to my OpenHab. The switch supports avaibility to see the cuŗent electric power. It would be nice that i can make switch Item which have label whixh supports data with poer metering like - Bedroom, 30W.
I cant find information if this is possible or not, to join these two types of items?

Are you using any particular UI, perhaps a sitemap based one?
