Sync Problems with Apple Watch App

I am on iOS App version 3.0.4.8
If I access the app on my watch, the sitemap starts flickering and I can see a sync symbol in front of each sitemap item. Furthermore, I am not able to access the menu sync settings.
Even with a simple test sitemap I get these problems.

Is the watch app working for you on latest version?

same here, I confirm that behavior - it is flickering on my watch as well.
But when I press the digital crown and reopen the App on the watch, the flickering stopped.

After a few more trial and error I found the culprit. Connection has a problem with https. http is no problem.

Another question: does anybody know where I can get information, which of the sitemap elements are currently supported by watch app?
I can’t find it.
