Tank Swimmer with RF interface

Hi,

does anyone know a component that satisfies the following requirements:

-Measures the volume of a liquid in a tank
-Exposes the measured value via any RF IFace (433Mhz, Rest/XML/etc. via Wifi, Zigbee, etc.)
-Battery powered
-Fits 1 1/2 inch opening

Hi,

If you are able to go diy, i would say an hc sr04 to measure the height of the water, coupled to an esp8266, the esp8266 connected by wifi.
