Tapo binding issue

Hi,
I am on OH 3.4 stable on openhabian.
Since few days I am getting this message in the log every 30 seconds:

The ITEM associated to the THING is working fine both in the rules and manually.
But I don’t understand this error message.

I get the same error for one P110 Plug.
The problem started after the firmware update on this device to 1.3.0 Build230905 Rel.152200.

Fortunately I did update only a single plug - all other P110 plugs are still running previous SW 1.2.3 Bild 230425 Rel. 142542

Not sure who can help to solve the Tapo binding issue?
