Telegram: The chat id is not a number and will be ignored

I am getting a warning when starting OpenHub.

2022-06-30 13:54:11.280 [WARN ] [ng.telegram.internal.TelegramHandler] - The chat id is not a number and will be ignored

As I understand it, telegram cannot understand that the indicated channels are numbers? In setting up a thing, I specify my personal id and my private group. When working from the rules, everything is fine. Just pointing out that the Long type is -1001375676976L.

250979303
-1001375676976

Is it fixable?

In my settings, the IDs are separated by a comma:
12345,-10012345

Tried commas, no commas… still got warning

Found the problem when I edited the code manually.
The UI added two empty entries, although I do not have them in the editing window (СRLF)
