Temperature symbol

I Have a new installation to the latestest version of Openhab after a crash of the Raspberry.
When i now show the temperature in a sitemap i see a questionmark instead of the degree " ° " symbol.

Text item=Temp_Voor label=“Buiten Garage [%.1f °c]” icon=“temperature”

How the resolve this?

I have this and it works:

        Text icon="heat" label="Inside shed temperature [%.1f °C]" item=Rawmqttdata_Insidetemperature

I think your textfile have not the right encoding. All text files must be created with UTF-8 encoding.
