Tesla Account login issues

Hi all,

know there were some issues to connect to the binding.
But I think I’m using the latest version where it should be fixed:
openHAB 3.2.0.M3 (Milestonebuild)

I have requested a refresh token from e.g. Tesla API Token
But I can’t get it running for openhab. Still have Configuration error when I enable the bridge.

I have no car connected to this account at the moment (still waiting for delivery). Can this be the issue?
