Thing with more than one binding?

i have a smart plug that supports MQTT. for ethernet devices i have some monitoring configured.

i’d like to have all information of a device in one thing. so i would like to combine two bindings for one physical device in one thing is that possible ?

Smart Plug
=> MQTT Binding retrieve (process) data
=> Network Binding => monitoring and operations

Having all info of a device via 2 bindings in 1 thing is not possible AFAIK, but having 2 things, 1 using the MQTT binding and 1 using the network binding, for a single device is no problem.

For example I have some Google home devices for which I have both a network device thing and a Chromecast thing.
