Things from Mail Binding

Hi all,

I just installed openHAB 4.2.1 on a Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm) and it look very fine.
Linux 6.1.0-23-amd64 for the Debian, running on a VM inside à NAS.

Everything goes fine till i install the “mail” bindings.
The documentation refers to 3 things bring by the binding. And thats my problem.
No things comes with the Binding.
I think i have misunderstood something but the doc seems clear. The 3 things must comes with installation. smtp pop3 and imap.

I am not talking about configuration problem at this point.
I would appreciate just to find those things.

I searched this forum and find many topics about configuration or error messages.
But nothing about absence of the things.
May be my search was not strong enough.

Anyway, if someone have an idea about this issue … i will be glad.

Did you go to the thing section and press the big blue plus sign then press the mail binding?
That’s is when the IMAP pop appear.

I am really confused. You’re right.
By Cliking on the PLUS i can see the extension and then have accès to the things.
Sorry, reading the docs, i had never think that the things wont come up into INBOX.
