Timescale db?

I just tried to use influxdb for my persistence needs but met some problems trying to group data, so while I was thinking about going back to mySQL I was goofing around on the interwebs and came over this “new?” opensource db type supposedly having the benefits of a time-series db and full SQL support (based on postgresql):

Food for thought? something for OH to support? :slight_smile:

Im interested in this DB too.

As far as i understand the SQL grammar does not change with timescaledb.
So it must be possible to use jdbc binding with postgres.

Anyone tried this?

There’s no binding for it afaik, so I can’t try it :neutral_face:
