I’m having an issue where I sometimes flop between online and offline. Can someone point me to a thread where one can troubleshoot connectivity with myopenhab?
Apparently my secret credential was wrong which I’m surprised because I was able to log in and verify that account was online. These are the steps I used to troubleshoot:
- I reviewed the openhab.log at /var/log/openhab2 and I saw a non-authorized message for the cloud client
- I went to my account details in myopenhab.org and verified the UUID. However, the secret credential was from /var/lib/openhab2/myopenhab/secret which was dated 12/30/2016. I then copied the secret credential from /var/lib/openhab2/openhabcloud/secret which was data 01/15/2017. I was back online.
- Interesting that the modified dates of the secret file both matched the online dates in the myopenhab.org account.
- Now I’m wondering if the account settings were corrupted.
So I’m online and I see the service flapping. I get a 504 Gateway Time-out frequently and occasionally I’m able to login and load my dashboard.
