Trying to install OH2 on ubuntu (Cannot find ubuntu servers)

I am following the instructions for an APT based system from http://docs.openhab.org/installation/linux.html#installation

when I get to this command it just hangs

sudo apt-get install apt-transport-https

install

Ive tried pinging 91.189.88.149 with no luck

Any ideas

Ive fixed this by changing to the US servers
