Two active Smart Home Systems at the same time?

Hello,
i am using openhabian on my Raspbarry Pi with the Z-Wave binding.
Is it possible to use two Smart Home Systems (one from my local internet provider and the second is “openHAB”) at the same?
All Z-Wave devices are paired with the Gateway from my local internet provider and here is the problem: i can’t add the Z-wave Devices to openHAB.
