UI only via localhost and not IP:8080 - where do I change the config on mac?

I can access my basic UI via localhost:8080 but when I use my local IP address (http://10.0.1.57:8080) I get nothing. I’ve read there’s a config to change this but where is the config on a mac install?

If that’s not the issue, I’m open to other assistance.
