Unable to start openhab 2.1 - Could not resolve mvn:org.eclipse.tycho

Hello,

I’m total unhappy. Today my ARM PC crashed the emmc and now I must restore the environment. I have a complete backup of the file system, but must update an old image to the new version.

Now I installed openhab2 and I’m not able to start it. I always got the error like:

Could not resolve mvn:org.eclipse.tycho/org.eclipse.osgi/3.10.101.v20150820-1432

Permissions set, Oracle JDK 1.8.0.151 installed, created sym links for java and javac.

Do I have simply a bad day and one server is not running well so that I’m not able to load the files? I also tried 2.2 snapshot, other error: Unable to resolve mvn:…

Okay, I found the issue. I’ve downloaded and extracted the .tar.gz file instead of the .zip file. So use the zip file on linux.
