Unable to upgrade to 5.0.1 due to Openhab being held back

I’m unable to upgrade to 5.0.1 because OpenHAB is being held back. How can I troubleshoot this?

In my case the upgrade worked only after selecting 41_openhab release.

Don’t know if openhab-upgrade was deliberately removed from 02_upgrade or if it’s got something to do with the tagging of the release. Imhv it would be a good idea because quite often people didn’t expect openhab being upgraded by choosing 02 and then got frustrated in case of breaking changes.

Has been removed deliberately from 02:

do not upgrade openHAB on menu 02 by mstormi

Use 03 to update OH including Jaca.

Ohh, I see. I became a creature of habit and didn’t bother reading the menu. Thanks!

After selecting 02 Upgrade system (but not openHAB) the following warning still says that openHAB will be updated as well. But it’s just a text issue, the update is not done :blush:
