Unknown Device - Leviton VRS05-1LZ

I have 2 Leviton on/off switches that were identified and working fine in Openhab 1. After discovery, things were identified but show in Paper UI and log as unknown device. From debug log:

2017-07-06 21:16:52.190 [WARN ] [wave.discovery.ZWaveDiscoveryService] - NODE 28: Device discovery could not resolve to a thingType! 001D:0F01:0334::0.7

I see this item in the device database on cd-jackson.com (http://www.cd-jackson.com/index.php/zwave/zwave-device-database/zwave-device-list/devicesummary/366) - manufacture ID matches, type IDmatches properties (see below)

What am I missing?

You device has different IDs that those in the database. I’ll update this tonight.

Thanks Chris. For my edification - is it the DeviceId that’s different?

Yes - before it was only 0F01:0209 so I added your ids as well…
