Unlock openhab administration via port 8080

After a “successfull” downgrade from Openhab 3.4.2-1 to 3.3.0-1

I can’t unlock the administration in UI via port 8080
My initial page is available.
Via 8443 port I 'm still able to login and work on configurations or view page content

What can I do that button of administration opens login window?

By the way:
I made the downgrade to get rid of the constant message flow of shelly handler described
at Shelly Binding - #3014 by jabra_the_hut
This part was successfully! Log is empty. Shellie’s working fine.

A full reset of chrome is the solution.
