Update causes java error and PaperUI in offline

I have just updated my system based on Raspi to the latest stable (2.5.5-1) from stable 2.5.0 and have permanent error on the console:

System reboot did not solve the problem.
Any Idea how to clean it up?

Try cleanng cache & tmp folders?
Any manually installed addons? If so try moving them aside temporarily.

Try restarting (not rebooting) OH a few times. sudo systemctl restart openhab2
