Updating a Ademco Binding Command - How To?

Does anyone know how to update a binding command? I am using the ademco binding that has been updated for OH3 and I can see the disable chime is sending the wrong value. The binding was updated by @basriram
org.openhab.binding.ademco-3.2.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

Or does anyone have any information for someone new to Java to update this value? I have installed eclipse but not 100% sure where to find this string?

I managed to fix the issue and build against 3.4.0-SNAPSHOT. Here is the link to the jar file. Haven’t had a chance to test it though so let me know if it works. Thx
