first of all really sorry if this is a stupid question.
I have upgraded OH to 3.0.
and now i have hard time with velux binding.
Like i said stupid question, but where on earh can i fins a serial number for a window.
I can not find anything on KLF 200.
And if i input serial number with only zeros and a name from hub, it makes Thing, and it is online, but i got no info about position.
So any help would be appreciated.
and in documentation is written:
And once the Velux Bridge is fully configured, the binding will automatically discover all its respective scenes and actuators (like windows and rollershutters), and place them in the Inbox.
but this just does not happen. only :Velux Binding Information Element is in inbox. no windows or blinds.
Any ideas ?
Seeing the same issue but I’m only on day one of using this so assumed I was doing something wrong. Did you solve it?

could anybody help
i have a klf200 with 6 roof windows connected to it
i can see the products in web page and controll them via scenes
but in openhab 4.0.1 it can not see the windows or scenes even after a scan
if anybody fixed please help 
update
checked the logs, maybe somebody can shed some light
it said the password is wrong but shows as connected and online
i do not get it please check below the screenshot
UPDATE!!! SOLUTION!!!
Use the Wifi password from the web interface as a password in bridge Thing!
not velux123 default password
it worked for me
That’s what is also written in the documentation:
(**) Note: This password is the API password that is printed on the back of the unit. Normally it differs from the password of the web frontend.
Also, as a best practice, please open a new thread instead of replying to an old topic.

maybe put the API password in BOLD as the default password in the binding is velux123 and that what confused me.
